HITO® High-Density Alumina
Microspheres for Micronization and Dry Grinding
HITO® has developed its high-density alumina microspheres to meet market demands for extremely fine particle sizes at the end of the grinding process. Our microspheres are characterized by their high density and wear resistance, making them ideal for use in high-energy grinding, such as dry grinding, or grinding with vertical mills. They are used in various sectors such as ceramics, paint, inks, pigments, and cosmetics, in applications where a high level of micronization is required.
- Very high hardness and mechanical strength
- Excellent wear resistance
- Total absence of corrosion
- Very high resistance to chemical attack
- Smoother, more regular, and uniform surface
